Our pure powdered truffle inoculum is derived from our superior pure Australian black truffles which are expertly freeze dried and powdered. The benefits of using freeze dried truffle include ease of use through the inoculation process and the spore is so small it will not clog equipment. It is also much easier to store not requiring refrigeration and taking up a much smaller space.
